This week’s channeled message comes during Neptune, Venus, Mercury, Uranus and Saturn in retrograde ( yes, five planets), and in the realms of a Super Blue Full Moon.

5:50 PM:

We were born into this very life to live a double mission: healing ourselves, therefore healing humanity. We're all connected through a collective consciousness. Just as a sickness can spread, healing can be contagious too. When we find our spark and begin to heal ourselves, we ignite a chain of events that ripples out to those around us. So I ask you, what lights you all the way up?

Many of us, myself DEFINITELY included in a renaissance in our lives. And I don’t mean dressing up in bougie outfits, gorging mutton, and drowning in mead. I’m talking about a REbirth.

Notice that—
Re-trograde.
Re-naissance.
Re-birth.
I’m going to throw in a few more words of importance during this time like
Reflection.
Relaxation.
Restoration.
Reservation.
These are not action words.
These are sit your ass down and feeeeeel words.
These are journeying inward words.
These are quit trying to change the external without fully healing the internal words.

We were put on this planet, born at this time to do some heavy lifting. UP-lifting, if you will.

While yes, you can go out there and be an activist, volunteering at shelters and food drives, donating to non-profit organizations, and standing on the front lines of protests to bring about change— while all of these are great feats… they aren’t always accessible feats for everyone.

What I’m talking about is a radical deconstruction of the mind, the body, and the soul.

We are a conscious collective.

Just as a sickness can spread— guess what!?! So can HEALING.

Once you spark your healing journey, and you discover whatever it is that lights you up, you begin the process of uplifting your frequency. When people see you living your heaven-on-earth reality, guess what?
They’ll respond with: HEY! I’ll have what they’re having! And so the process will take off.

Be the spark the ignites your community.

So I ask you, what the fuck lights you all the way up?
