At the turning of the Equinox, during Mabon’s golden pause, beneath an eclipse and the first true breath of autumn, we were married.
Loved ones crossed miles, time zones, and thresholds to gather with us, to witness a day stitched together with intention, laughter, and devotion. The morning was impossibly beautiful. Calm. Clear. As if the world was holding its breath.
Then we opened the ceremony.
Thunder cracked the sky wide open.
Rain roared against the walls.
Windows trembled.
The land answered.
As we spoke our vows and sealed our handfasting, the storm unraveled itself. The clouds parted like curtains. Not a single raindrop fell as we stepped fully into our union. Just earth, air, fire, water, and something unnamed bearing witness.
A marriage forged in balance, blessing, and a little chaos.
Exactly as it should be.
