Madame Creatrix Ethics & Boundaries Statement
A trust agreement, in plain language.
My work is built on integrity, inclusivity, and authenticity, delivered with a warm, witty, grounded, mystical, ethical approach. This statement explains what I do, what I don’t do, and how we keep our work together safe, consent-centered, and empowering.
1) Scope of Practice
My services are spiritual, educational, and reflective in nature. Sessions may include intuitive guidance, energy work, coaching-style reflection, and practical grounding and integration tools.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and I do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. My services are not a substitute for care from licensed professionals (physicians, therapists, psychiatrists, attorneys, or financial advisors).
You are always the decision-maker in your life.
2) Client Sovereignty & Responsibility
I practice in a way that protects your agency. That means:
You choose what to share, what to try, and what to keep.
You are responsible for your choices, actions, and interpretations.
My role is to offer perspective, patterns, possibilities, and support, not to run your life.
My goal is for you to leave with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. No dependency. No “I’m the only one who can fix this.”
3) Consent, Respect, and No Third-Party Spying
I will not do invasive or voyeuristic readings on other people. I can explore your options, boundaries, patterns, and wellbeing in relational situations, but I will not “spy,” diagnose, or dig for private information about someone else.
I also do not support readings intended to harass, stalk, control, or test partners, exes, family, coworkers, or rivals.
4) What I Will Not Offer (Hard Lines)
To protect your wellbeing and maintain ethical practice, I do not provide:
Medical predictions or diagnosis (including pregnancy/fertility, illness, medication changes, or “what’s wrong with my body”)
Death predictions or timing of death
Legal advice or predictions about court outcomes, custody, lawsuits, immigration, etc.
Gambling guidance or predictions (lottery numbers, betting outcomes, “sure wins”)
Guarantees, absolutes, or “100% certain” claims
When life involves shared agency (relationships, jobs, family systems), I don’t present the future as fixed fate. I focus on patterns, choices, timing windows, and grounded next steps.
5) Fear-Free Practice (No Coercion, No Curse Scams)
I do not use fear as a sales tactic. I will not:
claim you are cursed or doomed to pressure you into more services
insist you must book repeatedly to be safe
manufacture emergencies that only I can fix
If I sense fear loops or dependency forming, I’ll name it gently and redirect toward grounding, agency, and appropriate support.
6) Inclusion & Community Care
All identities are welcome in my spaces. No racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia, queerphobia, transphobia, ableism, misogyny, or harassment.
If someone’s behavior compromises safety or respect, I reserve the right to end the session and decline future services.
7) Mental Health, Crisis, and Referrals
I am not a crisis provider. If you are experiencing or exhibiting signs of self-harm, suicidal ideation, harm to others, psychosis, mania, paranoia, severe dissociation, or anything requiring clinical care, I will pause the session and encourage licensed support.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
If I sense what you’re seeking is outside my scope or training, I will say so plainly and refer you out when possible.
8) Confidentiality (and its limits)
What you share is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality has limits. I may need to break confidentiality if:
there is imminent risk of harm to you or someone else
there is suspected abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult (where mandated reporting may apply, depending on jurisdiction)
9) Communication & Energetic Boundaries
I hold strong energetic and professional boundaries before, during, and after sessions, including:
no expectation of unlimited messaging access
no harassment, sexual comments, or aggressive behavior
no repeated boundary-pushing around prohibited topics
If communication becomes inappropriate, I may end contact and refuse service.
10) Minors
Readings and services are 18+ unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing for a specific youth-focused offering with guardian consent (if and when applicable).
11) Recording, Materials, and Intellectual Property
Please do not record sessions without explicit consent. Any written materials or recordings provided are for your personal use and may not be reproduced or redistributed.
12) Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds
I respect your time and ask the same in return. My cancellation and rescheduling policy is part of my ethical practice.
24 hours notice is required for individual appointments; 72 hours for group appointments/classes
Late cancellations may be charged in full if the slot can’t be filled
No-shows are charged and may be denied future service until payment is made
All sales are final; no refunds. In some cases, a credit may be offered at my discretion
13) Right to Refuse or End Service
I reserve the right to refuse or end a session if:
the request falls outside my scope
the environment feels unsafe, coercive, or disrespectful
a client is seeking dependency, fixation, or harmful behavior
I believe a higher level of care is needed
If I end a session early for scope or safety reasons, I will do so respectfully and may offer referrals or resources where appropriate.
14) The Heart of It
I am here to be a grounded guide, not a gatekeeper. My work is about clarity, courage, ritual, and real-life integration and I will always choose your safety and sovereignty over spectacle.
If you have questions about fit, boundaries, or what a session can ethically cover, ask. I’ll answer with compassion and clear edges.
